Atlas turns scattered documents into fast, source-backed answers, with role-aware access, audit logs and an air-gapped option.

## What It Does

- **Unified Ingestion**: Pulls content from SharePoint, Confluence, ADLS, Zendesk, ticketing systems and document stores, so search covers everything your teams rely on.
- **Semantic Search, Tuned**: Finds meaning, not just keywords. An AI planner runs semantic, metadata and keyword searches in parallel and ranks the results.
- **Source-Backed Answers**: Every response shows the originating document and excerpt, with concise summaries and highlighted extracts.
- **Easy Config**: Atlas 2.0 sets up knowledge bots across multiple SharePoint sites and Dropbox in one flow. Admins add or remove sites without rebuilding a bot.

## Control and Audit

- **Guardrails**: Role-aware access through Entra ID groups and RBAC, so people only see knowledge they are authorised to see.
- **Where a person decides**: Every answer shows its source document and excerpt, so the reader verifies the context before acting on it.
- **What gets logged**: Audit logs and retention track queries and results for compliance, quality review and model-risk monitoring.

Included on every line: Tenant isolation, Full audit trail, POPIA and GDPR, Model choice. Praxis is the agent framework in VectorMind. Agents plan, call tools and validate their results, and every step is logged with its tool inputs and outputs.
